Shadowhunters season 3 video: There is no peace
In the new video below, what you get can basically be summarized with the following: When it comes to Shadowhunters, Downworlders, and just about everyone in between there is a war brewing, one that Lilith is at the center of. She is the mother of demons, and therefore a person who is intent on causing a great deal of damage. She also has a specific motive that she is going to try to achieve in bringing Jonathan back — basically, this is the sort of thing that makes us fear for most other characters on the series who have to contend with her in the midst of this.
This promo doesn’t really give a whole lot more away beyond just showing you all of Lilith’s various abilities — and also a quote from Luke proclaiming that “the legends are true.” It’s certainly obvious to know that when you actually see many of the legends play out in front of your own face. This is going to set the stage potentially for some epic storytelling throughout the third season — while we want to see all of our favorite characters make it through unscathed in the end, we also do want to see them tested. After all, that is what we watch this series for — drama, conflict, and excitement. The more of this that Shadowhunters season 3 brings to the table, the better an end product we are going to see at the very end. Let’s hope that we get to see some more drama every step of the way.
