SWAT episode 14 preview: Is this most explosive case yet?
Want some more news as per why? Then be sure to check out the SWAT episode 14 synopsis:
Hondo and the team go on the hunt for a serial killer who escaped justice two years prior by faking his death. Also, Hondo worries that Buck Spivey (Louis Ferreira), the team’s former leader, is spiraling into depression in the aftermath of being fired from the department.
The further along that this episode is going to get, the more there is going to be concern as to what some of the long-term ramifications of the mission are going to be. The promo below teases an explosion and, given that you can’t see most of the characters, there’s a reasonably good chance that, in theory, there could be someone trapped inside. For the time being, though, we have a relatively hard time believing that if for no other reason than that it would be a little too devastating to lose a main character or two in March. This isn’t the time in which most shows deliver these sorts of shockers.
For anyone watching hoping to see SWAT bring things to another level, the good news that we’ve got for you is simply this: All signs suggest at present that this episode of SWAT will do just that. Not only do you have an escalation of drama here, but you also have an escalation of backstory. This marks a chance to actually get to see someone who was an adversary in the past for Hondo come creeping back.
