All-Star Celebrity Game 2018 start time; Drew Scott, Nick Cannon, more taking part

All-Star Celebrity Game

Interested in checking out the All-Star Celebrity Game 2018? In the wake of there being so little on the air tonight beyond the Olympics and Celebrity Big Brother, this is something else to check out if you like basketball and/or seeing famous people trying to be on par with NBA players.

This year, the All-Star Celebrity Game is officially starting at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time, and you can check that out over on ESPN or on the ESPN app. You can also take a look at the full lineup of participants below courtesy of the NBA.

Team Clippers – Anthony Anderson (ABC’s “black-ish”), Brandon Armstrong (actor, social media star), Miles Brown (ABC’s “black-ish”), Win Butler (Arcade Fire), Common (actor, recording artist), Andre De Grasse (Olympic sprinter), Stefanie Dolson (WNBA’s Chicago Sky), Jamie Foxx (actor, singer, musician), Paul Pierce (NBA legend, ESPN analyst), Dascha Polanco (actress, activist), Bubba Watson (two-time Masters champion) and Jason Williams (NBA legend).

The people to watch here from a TV point of view are the two black-ish stars, but it’s also kind of fun to see former Hell on Wheels star Common out there. Also … Bubba Watson? Who would’ve figured that? Won’t this team just pass to Paul Pierce every single play?

Team Lakers – Sterling Brim (MTV’s “Ridiculousness”), Nick Cannon (actor, recording artist, star of MTV’s Wild’N Out), Terence Crawford (boxer), Rachel DeMita (NBA2KTV host, actress, model), Jerry Ferrara (STARZ’s “Power”), Marc Lasry (Milwaukee Bucks co-owner), Tracy McGrady (NBA legend, ESPN analyst), Caleb McLaughlin (Netflix’s “Stranger Things”), Candace Parker (WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks), Nate Robinson (NBA legend), Drew Scott (HGTV’s “Property Brothers”) and Kris Wu (actor, singer, music producer).

Halfway through this game, we want Nick Cannon to stop the game to give a rendition of “Family Reunion” from Wild ‘N Out. This team is actually the more fun of the two given that you’ve Cannon alongside Ferrera, an NBA owner who’s probably going to get clowned out there, someone from Stranger Thingsand one half of the Property Brothers a.k.a. the one who has the time to do things other than install quartz countertops. (Jonathan Scott wasn’t able to do Dancing with the Stars, either.)

We’ll be happy if some of these celebrities even score around six points in this game. All in all, though, this should make for a good time.
