Grey’s Anatomy season 14 episode 14: Maggie – Clive relationship heats up
While it is far too early to tell whether or not these two characters are going to go the distance (they’ve only recently started dating), signs do appear as though Maggie is going to be taking things to another level with him. After all, she’s bringing him home to meet the family. The upcoming 14th episode of the season is entitled “Games People Play,” and you can check out some of the first details from the installment below (via SpoilerTV):
Maggie’s relationship with Clive starts to progress; she invites him over for a game night to meet Meredith and Amelia; Meredith and Jo meet with the owner of the patent to the polymer they need for their project, who is a friend of the family.
One thing that we do know is that if the Maggie – Clive relationship continues to go in the direction in which it is, there is absolutely one group of people who is going to be happy about it: April – Jackson ‘shippers. The relationship (or at least prospective one) between Maggie and Jackson remains one of the most polarizing elements around season 14. Personally, we don’t see it so much an interest of the two being terrible together (yes, their parents are in a relationship, but it’s not like they’re related by blood or anything). The larger issue is just that Jackson has already been attached romantically to another character so many fans love. Given that April and Jackson are also parents together, it feels pretty clear that this is a relationship that is always going to be an important part of his life.

One of the things that CarterMatt loves to do is provide song context for many different episode titles, given that almost every single one of them is named after some sort of piece of music. In this case, there are actually several different songs entitled “Games People Play.” We just figure, for now, that this title is a reference mostly to whatever happens at game night — maybe Clive finds himself subject to some mind-games from Maggie’s family just as much as he tries to have a good time playing some games with them.
