Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 17 to feature relationships on the brink

Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 17

Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 17, entitled “The Odd Couple,” is airing on Tuesday, March 6. Right away with this episode we come bearing one major question: Why in the world are we not getting Thomas Lennon here? When you’re naming an episode after a show he appeared in (at least the revival version), it feels like a given that you gotta get a little bit of Leo Getz thrown in there!

Unfortunately, that isn’t quite the case with this episode … but there are a few other interesting things you’re going to get a chance to see. Take, for example, both Riggs and Murtaugh struggling to maintain some of the relationships that are the most important in their lives, while in turn we also will see Trish’s professional future on the line in its own way.

CarterMatt has the Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 17 synopsis below, and it gives you a little more of a sense as to what’s ahead:

After the fatal end to an argument on a construction site, the squad works to untangle facts about the incident. Meanwhile, Riggs struggles to rekindle his relationship with Molly, Trish’s job is on the line as she tries to close a big deal at work, and Murtaugh gets one last chance to make it right at home in the all-new “The Odd Couple” episode of LETHAL WEAPON airing Tuesday, March 6 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

This episode is poised to be an important one in solidifying what the rest of the season looks like and if Riggs / Murtaugh can find a way to achieve happiness both at home and also at work. If they are unable to do that, what this effectively means is that the two are going to struggle in work because they’re struggling away from it. We’ve already seen some of that already with Riggs battling his demons so far this season.
