Celebrity Big Brother live feed spoilers: Power of Veto winner (day 16)

The Power of Veto Competition in the Celebrity Big Brother house on Wednesday was long, but it appears as though there was a pretty simple reason for it: This was the Black Box Veto, one of those competitions that takes a really long time to conduct.

In the end, though, what matters is that James Maslow is the winner! Now with that, he has a chance to ensure his safety while Shannon Elizabeth’s fate seems to be even more sealed than before. She had too many responsibilities (get it?) early in the game and as a result of that, likely finds herself heading home unless she can pull off some sort of miracle / Metta World Peace decides that he wants to quit again. Given what we’ve come to know about him that is very well possible.

What’s Shannon upset about in the aftermath of losing the challenge? Mainly, that it seems as though she’s not going to get to see Zingbot or OTEV — though, to be fair, it’s hard to say all of the regular Big Brother staples are going to be in this season given that they weren’t in Big Brother: Over the Top.

In the aftermath of the Veto everyone had a chance to relax with a little bit of booze and food, which we’re sure that much of them needed after going through all of that. We would be shocked if there are some major movements in the house overnight just because there really isn’t any reason for anyone to go too crazy at the moment. Why would they given that so much within the game now appears to be set in stone for the week.
