Bull season 2 episode 16 spoilers: Cable’s replacement enters the story

“Absolution” – Bull seizes upon the opportunity to get a new trial for an old client when doubt is cast upon evidence that helped convict him of murder 14 years earlier. Also, Danny is reluctant to work with Cable’s replacement, on BULL, Tuesday, March 6 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
For those of you who (like us) like to think about possible theories as to how Cable could return to Bull this season, here’s some food for thought — it’s possible that Danny and the rest of the TAC rebels so much that Jason has a choice — either fire the entirety of his team or find a way to bring her back into the fold. While we don’t exactly think that it’s going to be easy for him to bring her back, this situation would pose some interesting questions and issues for him to take on. The hardest thing to overcome here is that our love for the Cable character aside, she broke the law — Bull had every right to fire her and she should be happy that she isn’t in jail right now. The only thing to really debate here is the intention behind the move and the loyalty that she has to those close to her. This is a trait that is not easy to come by and we know that it can prove useful if channeled in the best possible way.
We should learn a little bit more about Cable’s status by the end of this episode — if there’s no mention of a possible return here, we may start to get a little less optimistic over her future. For now, it’s worth noting that she’s still listed as a main character.
