The Fosters: Stef & Lena named fans’ most-favorite ‘ship
Over the course of the past few days, that is a question that we have been hoping to get some sort of answer to. The Freeform drama is one of the most-‘shipped series out there for a wide array of different reasons, whether it be the fact that there are so many characters to the fact that many of them are so young. When you are a teenager in school, one of the things that you realize over time is that relationships don’t last. Things have a tendency to get in the way and, as a result of that, there are multiple romantic characters for each pairing that take place over the course of several seasons.
When you consider all of that, and the popularity of many ‘ships tied to Callie, it’s actually somewhat of a surprise that the winners here are the stable pairing at the heart of the series.

Stef & Lena are your favorite The Fosters ‘ship
Ever since the beginning of the series these two were the heart of the series — they care for the family while also finding a way to care for each other. They’re inspirational, but mostly in the sense that they don’t want to be anyone other than themselves. They are true to who they are as a married couple and as parents; they preach a message of love and do their best in order to ensure that everyone in their lives have a better future.
There are of course plenty of romantic moments for the two characters, even in the midst of the Adams Foster family chaos. This is a series that continues to keep the focus on a wide array of different things, and that is in part what makes it so compelling. We’ll continue to hope moving into the series finale this spring that The Fosters finds a great way to wrap up this story.
