Call the Midwife season 7 episode 3 preview: A beauty content; meet Doreen Lunt
For a little bit more insight into what’s coming up, we suggest that you take a look at the Call the Midwife season 7 episode 3 synopsis below:
A pregnant mother hears a devastating diagnosis, while Fred and Violet throw a Beauty Contest. Nurse Crane (Linda Bassett) and Trixie (Helen George) become involved with Doreen Lunt (Kelly Gough), an expectant mother whose unusual behaviour raises concerns about her ability to care for her family.
Violet (Annabelle Apsion) throws a Beauty Contest and Magda (Nina Yndis) hears some unwelcome news.
We have a feeling that the Doreen Lunt character is going to be at the center of the most-memorable storyline in the hour. Just remember for a moment here that the expectant mothers often do have some of the best overall material and we anticipate that definitely being the case here. Kelly Gough is also a fairly accomplished actress, having appeared in a number of other UK series including The Fall, Broadchurch, and Casualty. This episode will be a reminder of her ability.
Beyond these stories, though, questions do remain when it comes to some of the long-term stories impacting many of the midwives. Surprisingly, the BBC isn’t giving all that much away regarding Call the Midwife season 7 episode 2 compared to some past weeks with the program.
This episode will air at the standard night and time. In America, it will be on the air this spring over on PBS.
