NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 13 preview: LaSalle’s call from home

NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 4

NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 13 is coming your way in just 24 hours, and at the center of the hour is a big story for LaSalle. His home life is going to get in the way of his private life, and over the course of this episode he’s going to make some big decisions.

Before we get around to some of that, though, why not just enjoy a fun City Mouse/Country Mouse scene? In the sneak peek below you get LaSalle and Percy having a fun discussion about his love of fishing rods and his desire to get out on the lake trying to catch a big one. Let’s just say that this is something that Percy isn’t quite so interested in doing. He instead realizes that he got a call from his father, and that’s something he will have to deal with at some point.

These little scenes are one of the reasons why Percy / LaSalle are one of the most-popular ‘ships in the franchise. They are great at their jobs, but they also know when it have a little bit of fun in the process.

As for the case itself, the sneak peek ends with Percy and LaSalle arriving to a rather grisly crime scene. It’s not entirely clear just what happened to this victim, but at the same time it is discovered that this woman has a connection to an old music club that Pride used to perform at so many years back. His past, and even his mother’s past, could be essential to figuring out this case. While you don’t see Scott Bakula within this scene, you better believe that he will have a pretty darn substantial role by the time that this episode is over. Hopefully, this is a good episode that proves to be worth the wait — alas, we’re not anywhere near as optimistic about the idea of Percy and LaSalle getting together just yet. We want it to happen, but that seems more like an end-of-season plot point.
