911 episode 4 preview: Bobby battles some of his demons

911 season 2

Based on some of the early information that is out there, it certainly doesn’t look as though 911 episode 4 is going to be the happiest of times for Peter Krause’s character of Bobby. We know that he’s been through quite a bit in his life, and during “Worst Day Ever” some of that is going to come out. (Given some of the terrible stuff that some of these characters routinely go through, we do take a certain degree of stock in a title like this.)

If you do want to see a little more news in terms of what is coming, check out the full 911 episode 4 synopsis below:

In the aftermath of a deadly plane crash, Bobby and team race to help the survivors, while Athena deals with panic and chaos at the airport. Bobby confronts his past demons; Athena is out for revenge against a group of teen bullies; and Abby delivers an important message from a 9-1-1 caller in the all-new “Worst Day Ever” episode of 9-1-1 airing Wednesday, Jan. 24 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

The good news for 911 fans at this point is that no matter what happens from here on out, you can at least breathe easy about the fact that there is a second season on that other side of all the drama! For announced the renewal earlier this week, and pending some sort of tragedy we hope Krause, Connie Britton, and Angela Bassett all find a way to return for more installments. These three are the central characters so many people are going to get behind, and they in turn will be the reason for this show continuing to thrive. Commercially, it is absolutely off to a great start.

For now, consider 911 episode 4 a great opportunity to get to know some of these characters a little bit better. This is a show still in some ways in its infancy, and there is so much we have to learn. Some of these characters, including Bobby, may not be who we actually think that they are once we get to the other side of all of the turmoil.
