Chicago PD season 5 episode 12 preview: Someone’s in danger…

Are you ready to see Chicago PD season 5 episode 12 on NBC next week? Well, the funny thing about the NBC show is that you look forward to new episodes; yet, there’s a part of your brain that dreads them when you realize that something terrible is happening to a character that you love. This is what’s coming up on this installment. You never want to see something happen to one of your favorites!

So who is in serious danger more so than anyone? Think along the lines of Kevin Atwater. The guy just cannot catch a break this season! In the early going LaRoyce Hawkins’ character found himself facing a big decision when it comes to his siblings. This time around, he himself is going to be at the epicenter of trouble when he finds himself captured.

The Chicago PD season 5 episode 12 synopsis below offers up a little bit more information regarding what is coming up:

01/17/2018 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : ATWATER GOES MISSING AND THE TEAM DIGS INTO HIS PAST TO DISCOVER WHY HE’S BEEN TAKEN. When Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins) disappears at the house of a convicted felon, the evidence doesn’t look promising – with his belongings and his blood left behind. Intelligence rallies to rescue him before it’s too late. And Atwater struggles for survival faced with not only his captor but also a difficult connection to his past. Also starring Jason Beghe, Jon Seda, Jesse Lee Soffer, Patrick John Flueger, Elias Koteas, Marina Squerciati, Amy Morton and Tracy Spiridakos. Guest starring Mekhi Phifer, Jesse Garcia and Joshua Torrez.

If there was ever an occasion for Clive Standen to turn up for a Chicago PD / Taken crossover, wouldn’t this be it? It certainly seems to be that way. Luckily, we’ve got a feeling that Atwater has his own signature set of skills that he is going to tap into in order to cause all sorts of trouble. We’re excited to see what some of those are, just as we’re excited to check out how the rest of Intelligence is going to put all hands on deck in order to get answers and track him down. Expect an intense hour of television.

Also, we’re beyond curious to learn more about what the connection with Atwater and his past is going to be.
