NCIS: Los Angeles season 9 episode 11 preview: A Christmas crisis

NCIS: Los Angeles season 9 episode 11

NCIS: Los Angeles season 9 episode 11 is the last one of the year, and it looks as though it’ll have some Christmas cheer.

We’d love to tell you that everything within “All is Bright” is warm and pleasant, but that’s not going to be the actual reality of the situation here. Not everyone can have a Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah every year. There are some things that can get in the way, including not having the same family that you once did. This looks to be the cornerstone of this upcoming episode, as Sam Hanna has to figure out a way in which to handle having a holiday season without Michelle around. There were traditions ingrained there for decades; those don’t just wash away in the blink of an eye.

Below, CarterMatt has for you the NCIS: Los Angeles season 9 episode 11 synopsis with a little more insight:

“All Is Bright” – The team investigates a ransomware attack that takes out the entire power grid for west L.A. and paralyzes the city. Also, as the first holiday season since the death of Sam’s wife approaches, he struggles to find the best way for his family to celebrate, on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Sunday, Dec. 17 (9:30-10:30 PM, ET/9:00-10:00 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The photo above featuring Deeks, Kensi, Eric, and Nell is enough to make us think as though this is going to be a happy holiday at some point — hopefully, they can find a way to help get Sam back into the spirit. That’s not going to be easy and it may not even be possible. It definitely seems as though it’s going to be a working holiday for the team, given that losing power in half the city is a crisis of the utmost urgency. Without power the city cannot run — basically, if you thought Los Angeles traffic was bad before, wait until you get around to seeing precisely what it’s like now.
