When SWAT episode 6 airs on CBS in one week’s time, there are going to be quite a few things to be excited about. For one, this could be one of the most action-packed installments of the entire season — you don’t call an episode “Octane” for no reason unless you expect it to be high-octane and for things to be going 100 miles an hour at almost every second.
Just in case you do want some more specifics regarding what is coming up, CarterMatt recommends checking out the SWAT episode 6 synopsis below:
“Octane” – Hondo puts aside his misgivings about Jim Street’s recklessness and allows the newbie to go undercover as a broker in a luxury car theft ring to bust a ruthless trafficker. Also, Hondo visits Raymont Harris (Aaron Bledsoe), the teenager recently shot by a former member of the SWAT team, who is dealing with PTSD, on S.W.A.T., Thursday, Dec. 7 (10:00-11:00, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
SWAT episode 6 is an episode that will show a little more of Hondo’s softer side, something that we imagine will become all the more endearing over time. This is what needs to happen on a long-running show; you need to see different dimensions of the same people since otherwise, people can get a little bit bored. Every episode can start to feel the same.
When it comes to the Jim Street character, there is something else that you have to be prepared for — him coming out on the wrong side of some of his impulsive decisions. There are only so many times in which you can go completely off the rails and expect for things to be corrected in the end. There’s eventually going to be blow-back that hits Street hard and it doesn’t quite matter if it is now or at some other point down the road. It’s going to happen; you just need to be prepared for it.
SWAT episode 6 is hopefully going to be one of the most complete episodes of the show to date; with a full-season order and solid ratings last Thanksgiving, there is presumably more pressure on it now to deliver.
