Once Upon a Time season 7 episode 9 return date: A big Lucy story
The unfortunate news is that due to Black Friday, the show isn’t coming on the air next week. Meanwhile, it’s not coming on the week after, either. Blame the Agents of SHIELD two-hour premiere for that. You have to wait until Friday, December 8 in order to see the episode “One Little Tear” air, and this is going to be an emotional one.
Have you ever had the desire to have something, but when you actually had it you realized that it wasn’t anything like what you first thought it would be? This is clearly something that we see transpire in this preview and this situation is something that many of us out there can relate to. Sometimes, actually getting the fairy-tale we have in our minds is not exactly what it’s cracked up to be and we feel for her already.
In general, this episode looks like it’s going to be chaos — entertaining chaos, but chaos nonetheless. It makes some sense given everything that we’ve learned about the Tilly – Rogers connection plus also some of what’s happening now with Henry, Regina, and Zelena, who seems to be coming onto the show again sooner rather than later. (There was a lot of good stuff in the two hours that aired tonight, but is it hard for anyone else to keep track of everything?)
Beyond just the story being especially dense at the moment, one of the other things we are somewhat worried about when it comes to Once Upon a Time season 7 episode 9 is simply when it’s coming on the air: The long hiatus is not a good thing for any show, and it’s even worse when you’re talking about a show that already is generating low ratings and is clearly on the ratings bubble.
