Will & Grace: holiday special synopsis episode revealed

Will & Grace may be on hiatus right now, but it will return Dec 5th for a special holiday episode. NBC has recently released the synopsis for the special and we have it for you below.

12/05/2017 (09:00PM – 09:30PM) (Tuesday) : “WILL & GRACE” REVISITS EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY NEW YORK IN THIS HOLIDAY THEMED EPISODE – LESLIE JORDAN GUEST STARS

Will (Eric McCormack), Grace (Debra Messing), Karen (Megan Mullally), and Jack (Sean Hayes) wish they could have experienced Christmas in old New York City, but realize the past was not quite as romantic — or open to diversity — as they pictured it. Leslie Jordan guest stars.
There’s nothing like enjoying a good laugh during the holidays than with one of the funniest shows on television right now. During the holiday special the gang is going back in time and that alone puts a smile to our faces. During this episode, we believe that the gang will want to go back in time because for some reason, the holidays just aren’t that exciting for them this year. They could be watching a movie, or see a sign that reminds them of the early 20th century which could prompt them to want to travel back in time. It appears to them things seem more glamorous during the holidays back then.
However, as the synopsis states, things aren’t going to be how they imagine. This is where we suspect things will become hilarious. What awaits the group in the 20th century is a complete mystery, but we guess they could run into some famous faces, or become attracted to random people from back then and it be a total disaster.
The synopsis also mentions about the past not being as “open to diversity as they pictured it”, so we can probably guess Will and Jack will face some troubles of their own. It could also be Grace and Karen that could face some issues, being that they are women. Either way, this holiday episode is a great idea and one that sounds like it will be making us laugh a ton.
In addition, Leslie Jordan will return as Beverley Leslie, the “frenemy” of Karen and Dax Shepherd is set to guest star, although little is know about his role.
