Gotham season 4 episode 10 spoilers: Lee Thompkins expands her reach

Gotham season 4 episode 10

Gotham season 4 episode 10 is going to prove to be a big episode for a wide array of reasons, with one of the biggest being the surprise of where the story has gone. Who anticipated some of these characters would be in the spots that they are now in?

Before this season started, we certainly didn’t imagine that Bruce Wayne would be finding himself embracing some sort of party-boy lifestyle this young in his life, and we never quite imagined that Lee Thompkins would be venturing this far from her former life as a Medical Examiner in the wake of the Tetch virus and all that transpired there. Yet, here we are with her taking over more of the super-dangerous neighborhood the Narrows. Meanwhile, the arrival of Sofia Falcone is continuing to make the alliances in the city all the more challenging.

For a little more on Gotham season 4 episode 10, just take a look at the synopsis CarterMatt has for you below:

“Gordon tries to broker a deal with Penguin that involves Sofia. Meanwhile, Alfred tries to pull Bruce out of his teenage-angst and downward spiral, as Lee Thompkins gains more control over the Narrows in the all-new “A Dark Knight: Things That Go Boom” episode of GOTHAM airing Thursday, Nov. 30 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GTH-410)”

In terms of entertainment we’re probably the most excited for the development of Bruce. For one, there’s an element of fun that comes with him acting out. This is a kid who, (for much of the past three years) has carried the weight of the world on his shoulders. He’s been so burdened and brooding it would make sense that at some point he would want to let loose a little.

With that said, there’s a pretty clear difference between letting loose and doing whatever it is that Bruce is doing … which is effectively partying up a storm and putting his own life in danger. The same can be said for some of those around him. Remember that this is a guy with extensive fight training. If someone wrongs him, he knows how to fight back against them. Is it really a great idea to have a guy like this getting drunk and possibly hurting some idiot teenagers who come at him aggressively? On this past episode we already got a small sense of that when he retaliated at some people who were with Grace, his new love interest. Maybe that’s just the beginning of some of what could be coming up for him.
