NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 8 preview: Wade’s son returns

NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 8

Based on the early scoop about “Sins of the Father,” NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 8 is continuing the season’s trend of big character episodes. Tonight’s installment was all about getting a chance to see Patton front and center; next week, you’re going to have a huge case for Loretta Wade that will also feature an appearance by Christopher Meyer as her son Danny. This will be his first appearance on the CBS show since this point last November, but this time around he could be turning up with a very specific goal: Looking to Pride for help. He has a case for him, and it’s one that is more deeply personal than we are used to on this show.

Want a little more insight into what’s coming up? Then take a look at the NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 8 synopsis CarterMatt has for you below:

“Sins of the Father” – Wade’s son, Danny (Christopher Meyer), calls Pride for help after he’s attacked at his girlfriend’s house and she is now missing. Also, the director of NCIS mandates that Pride meet with a therapist to discuss his process for solving cases, on NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, Tuesday, Nov. 14 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

It’s pretty clear that for Danny, this is going to be a tough situation for him. He’s obviously going to want to help — as a Navy sailor he’s used to taking the initiative and doing what he feels is right in any situation. However, in the process of that he’s also going to have to realize that there are times when it is better to take a step back and allow other people to do their job.

Unfortunately for Pride, what he’s going to be reminded of in this episode is that the people in charge of NCIS are going to be very much intent on ensuring that he stays on the straight and narrow. He may not like it, but they don’t want there to be another Mayor Hamilton situation on their hands!
