Kelly Clarkson sings backwards, RHONJ vs RHOA drama, Survivor pizza

The Real Housewives of New Jersey - Season 8

TV on Wednesday is once again packed to the gills with great programming. Oddly, it doesn’t feel much like the first day of November today and it’s not just because of the weather either. It’s feeling like a pinch of continued fall fun with all the great shows on tonight. From The Blacklist to Survivor to The Goldbergs, the fall line up is still worthy of every viewer’s attention. And if that isn’t enough excitement, then there’s also the final game of the World Series that will have people watching to see who walks away a winner. No matter what team you are cheering for, the nail biting suspense has offered baseball fans some great games.

Kelly Clarkson sings backwards

Kelly Clarkson is a wealth of talent that just keeps on giving. Watching Kelly on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon had me stunned. Yeah, she’s a sweetheart who will be a huge part of helping the talent on The Voice, but she has got mad singing chops. On Tuesday night she proved that by singing one of her biggest hits backwards. Performing Since U Been Gone it had the same tune, but the words were in opposite order. This is an epic performance.

Is there enough drama on The Real Housewives of New Jersey?

Is it just me or are The Real Housewives of New Jersey forgetting the drama this season? Another episode airs tonight and the shouting continues back and forth with the ladies, but it seems to be overshadowed. Yes, I am talking about The Real Housewives of Atlanta. I don’t know if you’ve seen the commercials or heard the chatter, but the RHOA appears to be rolling out an interesting season. Already the RHOA buzz is crowding out RHONJ. Keep in mind that the ladies of New Jersey have already thrown cake this season so it’s hard to imagine if they have anything else up their sleeve to entice the audience further.

Survivor pizza

On Wednesday’s Survivor the tribes will be competing for pizza and the winning team will be taking 10 pizzas to their camp. The losing team? None. The teaser for this episode has the pizzas in full view and it got me to wondering what kind of pizza is this? New York pizza? Chicago pizza? Or what? Yeah, I know the competitors are hungry and hanging out on an island so they shouldn’t be too picky. However as a viewer of Survivor, I only want the best for these competitors who dropped what they are doing in life to compete. You’d think that bringing in pizza would have a special flare and I, for one, am curious about this. As you might expect, I am also wondering about those ice cold soft drinks. Pepsi products or Coke items? Guess who will be watching tonight to find out all the details….

And Finally…

Since I’ve carried on and on about the Dodgers this week (think Blue tonight),  it’s only fair to share details about another big ongoing sporting event currently on television. Yes, I am talking about PBA Bowling on the CBS Sports Network. The stepladder finals will be broadcast live Wednesday night and it will all lead up to a big finale. If you’re a fan of bowling you will definitely want to be tuning in to see who wins among the elite bowlers of the world! If you’re not much of a bowler, you probably ought to tune in to check it out too. These pros are serious about their game!
