NCIS: New Orleans season 4 episode 8 spoilers: Wade’s son returning
Unfortunately, we wish that it was under some better circumstances given that Danny is coming back in the midst of what looks to be a trying and traumatic time in his life. When his girlfriend vanishes, Pride is going to have to figure out a way to help. Take a look at the synopsis below for a little more insight:
“Sins of the Father” – Wade’s son, Danny (Christopher Meyer), calls Pride for help after he’s attacked at his girlfriend’s house and she is now missing. Also, the director of NCIS mandates that Pride meet with a therapist to discuss his process for solving cases, on NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, Tuesday, Nov. 14 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
For the record, we feels like every show that lasts longer than two or three seasons has at least one episode entitled “Sins of the Father.” It has to be one of the most-common episode titles that we’ve seen out there for a wide array of different shows.
Aside from that we’re glad to get a personal story for Loretta Wade and her family at this point in the season, especially since we seem to be cycling through with many of the other characters. For example, we’ve already had a big one for Gregorio and one for Sebastian; meanwhile, Tuesday’s new episode looks to be a really big one for Lasalle with his father coming to town. We already know that there’s also one coming up (read more about it here) that puts Patton in the spotlight.
As for the non-Wade-related storyline in this episode, Pride meeting with the therapist mostly just seems to be another way that the NCIS higher-ups are doing what they can at this point to control Dwayne and get him to do what they want. The institutional conflict here is something that stems back from the end of this past season with Mayor Hamilton; we don’t foresee getting any less of this at any point in the near future.
