The Flash season 4 episode 6 spoilers: Many Harrison Wells cameos

Earth-2 Harry

Entering The Flash season 4 episode 6, one of the exciting things that you’re going to see is Harrison Wells stopping by in many forms. We’ve seen him on Earth-1 be a vessel for Eobard Thawne, just as we’ve also seen the cocky, arrogant version of him via Earth-2 and then H.R., the novelist turned hero on the show last season. Part of the appeal of this show for Tom Cavanagh is likely that he gets to play so many different iterations of this guy, and the writers seem to be embracing that and playing that up.

While it does appear, at least for now, like they are sticking with the Earth-2 Harry as the primary Wells this season, the aforementioned The Flash season 4 episode 6 (entitled “When Harry Met Harry”) is going to give you a chance to see many different iterations — perhaps even more than ever before. Take a look at the synopsis below for additional info:

“ONE HARRY, TWO HARRYS, THREE HARRYS, FOUR – When collectors of Native American artifacts are attacked by a meta named Mina Chayton (guest star Chelsea Kurtz) who can bring inanimate objects to life, Barry (Grant Gustin) turns to a surprising ally for help. Determined to crack the identity of The Thinker, Harry (Tom Cavanagh) enlists Cisco’s (Carlos Valdes) help to summon the ultimate think tank: “The Council of Wells’,” a roundtable of the brightest Harrison Wells’ from various Earths. Brent Crowell directed the episode written by Jonathan Butler & Gabriel Garza (#406). Original airdate 11/14/2017.”

This is going to be a hoot, and we’re already curious if the Cowboy Wells or the Mime Wells we saw on the show last year will end up being a part of this. Probably not, but it’d be hilarious just because the many different iterations we’ve seen of Wells over the years are hilarious. We’ve gotten a lot of mileage out of seeing this guy in many different forms and it’s always worked out well entertainment-wise.

In the midst of our joyous haze over getting to see more Wells on the show, we don’t want to gloss over the fact that by the time this episode airs the entire team is going to be a little bit more aware of The Thinker than they’ve been so far. This is something that they’ve started to figure out when it comes to the end of this past episode; to be specific, they seem to realize that someone out there is testing them but they don’t quite know exactly why or how just yet.
