Is STAR new tonight on Fox? We absolutely would love for it to be, but you can go ahead and consider this article to be another cruel reminder that this doesn’t always happen. Sometimes, we just don’t get what we want when it comes to new programming and we need to just accept things as they are.
Tonight, that means accepting that there is no new episode coming on the air. Because of the World Series, you are not going to get a chance to see what comes next for the girl group tonight. Meanwhile, the same could go for next week if the World Series is going to run for seven games.
While you do wait for new episodes to return to Fox, why not go ahead and check out some more news on an upcoming episode? Below, you can get a little bit more insight as to what exactly will be coming up on the sixth episode of the season entitled “Faking It” — note that this episode may not actually end up airing on November 8 as noted; if the World Series goes to seven games, it will be pushed back and will then air on November 15 instead.
Based on what we’re seeing here, image restoration is going to be a big part of the story. Not only that, but some answers to some long-simmering questions could be revealed:
With all of the flack the label is catching from the tragic police incident, Ayanna must quickly restore Midtown’s image. Desperate for a spot in the showcase, the girls work on convincing hot recording artist Joyce Sheree (guest star Teyana Taylor) to sing a featured verse on one of their songs. Carlotta continues to fight for custody of Simone, a misleading photo of Noah and Alex goes viral and Cotton juggles two relationships. Meanwhile, Brody’s motivation for his return to Atlanta is revealed in the all-new “Faking It” episode of STAR airing Wednesday, Nov. 8 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (LDS-206) (TV-14 D, L, S, V)
