Raven’s Home season 2 premiere date hopes for Raven-Symone, cast
Why the ambiguity? It’s because many announcements take time, and for the time being there is no word on when Raven’s Home season 2 will air. The thing that you should just be proud of at the moment is simply this: The fact that there is a Raven’s Home season 2 coming up at all. The show was recently renewed by the fine folks over at the House of Mouse a.k.a. the Disney Channel, with the show clearly getting enough success to make the network opt to give the show more episodes without some sort of drawn-out wait.
Given on when this season is ending, for the time being it feels like the smart move for Raven’s Home season 2 is to premiere next summer. That is also the move that makes the most sense given that there is a lot of important stuff that Raven’s Home will need to do before a season 2 can even premeire. for example, they will have to go through and film more new episodes. Not only that, but there is another challenge in that they’re going to have to set the premiere date that benefits the show and gets the most people watching — summer/fall works well here given that kids have less homework. Typically, the Disney Channel crowd is not going to be the sort to go out on the weekends anyway. There’s a little less to be worried about there.
One of the things that Raven’s Home season 1 did well that we hope the Disney Channel sticks with for the second season is simple: Making sure that there are some more runs of new episodes without many repeats. This is one of the things that really helped to ensure that the first season performed fairly well — there were no long breaks, and with that no opportunity for anyone to get bored.
