The Toy Box preview: Water Bugs, Monter Dice, Noochie Golf, more
To help you prepare for the episode — or to give you a little more news in the event you’ve seen it already — we’ve got a full list of some of the various products you can expect to see now below!
Furry Friends – a musical adaptation of classic stuffed animals that will sing and dance to different music genres at the press of a button
Inventor: Lisa from New York, New York
Everyone loves stuffed animals, right? This seems to be a contender just on the basis of what it is.
Noochie Golf – a re-adjustable, portable miniature golf set that can customized into 25 different courses
Inventors: JoAnn, Sal, Dominic and Tre from Phoenix, Arizona
This seems like it would take some time to set it up, but we love miniature golf. It’s probably one of the few toys we’d play with as an adult.
Mad Moves – a dance game where players are given unique combinations to act out and are challenged to guess what the other players are attempting to dance
Inventor: Ashley from Delray Beach, Florida
This seems a little bit like Pictionary or charades but with dancing. Seems like a good thing if your kids are super-active.
The Bloom – a robotic flower that blossoms and changes colors as the player concentrates
Inventor: Steve from San Francisco, California
Just from the base description alone it’s almost impossible to know how this works.
Water Bugs – a water-splashing, bug-squatting multiplayer game
Inventor: Roger from Hampton, Connecticut
Basically this is another fun outdoor water-based game — it’s a good companion to Water Dodger, the winner of the first episode this season.
CLICKEYBits – a pocket-sized fidget toy made with keyboard keys
Inventor: Shep from Jenkintown, Pennsylvania
Fidget toys are all of the rage, but will this be one that actually stands out and shines in the episode itself?
Monster Dice – a board game where players race to have their monster dice eat the most candy as fast as possible
Inventor: Brian from Erie, Pennsylvania
We always think that board games have a good chance in the Toy Box just because it suits perfectly the number of kids who are in there.
Which one of these toys is your favorite on the surface?
