Big Brother 19 live feed spoilers: Mark makes another push (day 61, evening)

Big Brother

For our final Big Brother 19 live feed update of the day, we’re putting the focus back on Mark. This is a man intent on doing what he can to survive, and we give him credit for that.

Are some of his efforts working? Well, not to his desired effect. Tonight, Mark once again went to Christmas to campaign for his life, stating that they should nominate Alex instead and that he would work to help get rid of her. This didn’t work, but Christmas and Josh did talk for a while after the fact about wanting to get rid of Alex now before they get rid of Jason. This would be a move to take out someone who is a good competitor in a wide array of competitions, and it’s probably the smarter move when you think about what’s coming at the end of the game.

More often than not, the end of the season contains a ton of mental competitions that revolve around your knowledge of the game. Jason has already proclaimed himself to be terrible at studying. Meanwhile, in turn Alex knows this game really well and could be a big threat down the line. Jason may be more of a danger in the short-term, but you’re at the part of the game now where you have to think more in terms of long-term. We are just about two-thirds of the way through the season at the moment, and it’s about to get to the point where there is almost no one left in the game.

Of course, we’re still bummed about losing Mark this week, but that’s neither here nor there. At least it looks like he’s going to leave the game this season on good terms with most everyone and it doesn’t look as though Josh is out to torment him anymore. (It’d be so weird if Josh leaves him the sweetest goodbye message ever after terrorizing him at times during the game.)

Beyond Mark’s move, there isn’t a whole lot happening behind the usual, which includes Paul talking smack about Kevin for little to no reason and also a lot of Raven wanting attention. If you’ve been reading our articles for some time (or simply have spent some time on the internet), you probably know by now just how we feet about Raven. She’s not bringing anything to the table in terms of good entertainment, and if we had it our way we’d be rooting for her to go home from the game on Thursday. Alas, there’s almost a 0% chance she goes on the block.

Let’s pose this question to you for a moment: If you were Mark, is there anything that you would try to save yourself in the game? Share in the comments below!
