Elementary season 5 episode 20 return date: Jonny Lee Miller’s back on…

Are you excited to see what the Elementary season 5 episode 20 return date is going to be? The CBS mystery just came back this week after some time off for the Academy of Country Music Awards, and now, we’re gearing up for another hiatus that will take us to April 23. That’s a long ways to wait, and hopefully the new installment will prove to be every bit as interesting and entertaining as we hope that it is.

What we do know is that on the surface, there’s some major jeopardy coming up for none other than Bell, who will be targeted by a guy tied to his girlfriend. Basically, someone is getting set to ruin his life, and doing everything that they can in order to ensure that he doesn’t have the same position on the NYPD that he once did.

Elementary season 5 episode 20 synopsis – “Holmes and Watson get mixed up in murder and magic when they investigate the death of a magician killed while performing a classic stunt. Also, Watson suspects Bell is being targeted by the ex-husband of his girlfriend, Chantal (Chasten Harmon), after a false allegation lands him the middle of an Internal Affairs investigation.”

In turning over to what’s coming with Holmes and Watson, it’s immediately clear that there is a lot to like about this case just on the basis of the story alone. This is a great chance to witness Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu in a fairly comedic setting — you gotta think that Sherlock is one of those people who takes all of the fun out of magic when he starts to pinpoint precisely how everything within the effect works. There’s room for a good bit of hilarity here, and these are the sort of cases that we enjoy the most as a longtime fan of procedural mysteries.

Now, we just have to hope that plenty of viewers flock to the home stretch of the series, as we remain deeply concerned over the future of the show when you consider for a moment some of the recent ratings that we’ve seen from top to bottom.
