The Fosters season 4 finale spoilers: Will Callie take a plea deal?

Next week on Freeform, The Fosters season 4 finale will be here — and for Callie in particular, everything is on the line. Her entire future could depend heavily on what she decides to do in court. She will have an opportunity to go to prison for a reduced sentence, or she can determine that it’s better off to fight it. She may have a good case for thinking that she doesn’t deserve nearly as much time as the prosecutors do, if any. Unfortunately, we just know that it’s not going to be easy.

As for what else is going to be happening in the episode. we’re going to have a chance to see more police investigations thanks to Stef and Mike, Mariana staging a protest, and Jesus starting to understand more of everything that is going on with Emma.

The Fosters season 4 finale synopsis – “Callie faces a life-changing decision to take a plea deal and go to jail for three years, or go to trial and risk an even longer sentence. Even though Callie struggles with her own situation, she tries to help Diamond out of hers which becomes extremely dangerous. With only 24 hours to make a difference in Callie’s case, Stef and Mike ramp up their investigation into the Martha Johnson murder bringing in as many leads as possible. Lena confronts Drew about his campaign to make a major change at Anchor Beach Community Charter School, while Mariana rallies her fellow students to protest.

As for whether or not we’re going to see a big cliffhanger at the end of the season, this is The Fosters that we’re talking about here! This is a show that loves to have a big cliffhanger, since that further enables it to stage some huge events for the next season. We know that there will be a season 5 of The Fosters, so you don’t have to worry about that in the slightest.

The promo below mostly just hypes up some of what we’ve explained already; in addition, there is talk that we could see Callie go rogue in the midst of her debate.
