The Walking Dead season 7 episode 14 sneak peek: Sasha’s possible suicide mission

The Walking Dead season 7 episode 13 sneak peek

Even without watching this new The Walking Dead season 7 episode 14 sneak peek, it was easy to say that our worries over Sasha were through the roof. We don’t want to see any character on the show die, and that is increased exponentially when this said person is someone we consider to be one of the strongest, most-interesting people on the show.

Yet, Sasha’s names could be numbered. Sonqua Martin-Green has a new gig on Star Trek: Discovery, and you have to think that if AMC and the show producers had their druthers, they would have preferred that this news not get out during the season. Nonetheless, you cannot change that, and if Sasha were to go sooner rather than later, you can at least say that she is leaving the series in a way that feels right for the character. Just remember everyone she’s lost over time, whether it be Bob, Tyreese, or course Abraham at the start of the season. There are so many people she’s cared about, and one by one, so many of them have fallen by the wayside.

Now, she wants her life to mean something, and if she’s not able to see the next generation live, she wants to make sure that they have a chance to actually thrive. Killing Negan is the way to do that. This is why she’s okay with teaming up with Rosita in order to ensure that this happens. In the sneak peek below, she gives some orders to Enid as to what she should do in relationship to Maggie and the Hilltop, and you can almost read it in Sasha’s face that she’s prepared to die on the other side of this. She either lives and she’s a hero, or she’s a martyr who died for the cause. More Rosita is there with her, but it’s far too early to tell. She just makes it clear that she has a mission, and she’s ready to take it on.

Enid responds to all of this by making it clear that she will do her job. Specifically, she tells Sasha that she’s going to be heading off to tell Maggie in ten minutes what’s going on. This is probably Enid’s form of hearing the message — we’ve really gotten on her case for a lot of stuff this season, so it doesn’t feel right to also be hard on her for this.
