Ballers season 3 premiere date: When Dwayne Johnson, cast are back!

Ballers season 3 premiere date -

If you’ve been looking for the Ballers season 3 premiere date, look no further! HBO confirmed the show’s return earlier today.

Per their announcement, the series starring Dwayne Johnson is going to be back airing new episodes once more starting on Sunday, July 23 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time, following the second episode of Game of Thrones season 7 and airing before the just-announced season 2 premiere of Insecure starring Issa Rae.

Without a doubt, this Ballers season 3 premiere date benefits the show more than any that came before it. In starting right after Game of Thrones, you’re giving the series the biggest platform that it’s ever had to consistently boost its ratings, which were already strong enough that it was one of the premium cable network’s top-rated comedy series. It’ll easily gain just by virtue of some people not turning off their televisions, though it may also acquire some more genuine fans as a result, as well.

What we’re curious to see is how season 3 picks up given that the most-recent finale did the thing that we’ve been hoping to see Ballers do for a rather-long time now: Give you the character of Spencer Strasmore in a vulnerable, lonely place. In order to get himself accredited to do his work helping players with their money, he had to admit to many of his own financial shortcomings. Given that Spencer’s a prideful guy, it may not have been easy and the perception of him among potential clients may be totally different than ever before. Yet, at the same time the fact that he’s making his way out of the mire may speak somewhat to his own ability to get better and become a better person and also worker for those who want to hire him. Oh, and we imagine that there’ll also be some comedy in here, as well.

Other Ballers season 3 things to know

For the first time, production this season is in Los Angeles by and large thanks to some provisions that changed in Florida in terms of tax breaks. We don’t expect this to significantly alter the show, but it is interesting to point out behind the scenes.

Meanwhile, you’re going to want to head over here to check out all of the other news related to the series that we’ve published so far. We’ll keep you in the know as best we can!
