Teen Wolf season 6 episode 11: When should it premiere?

For fans of Teen Wolf there may be a somber feeling in the air in regards to the show tonight. For the first time since over the holidays, there is no new installment coming on the air, and the same is going to be said for next week, as well.

With this in mind, there’s not too much we can say in this article about the story that is coming up, as we’re still rather far away from that. Nonetheless, we CAN tell you a little bit more about when Teen Wolf could be coming back on the air.

In the teaser below, the only thing that MTV fully confirmed was that you’ll be getting a chance to see more of Tyler Posey and the rest of the cast on the air this summer. There wasn’t any other information released beyond that, but the last time Teen Wolf came back, it did so near the end of June. There’s no reason for the network to change that for a number of different reasons.

1. May sweeps – They’re not going to want to premiere the show at any point in May, since that is when most network shows are going all-out in promotion of some of their own stuff.

2. School getting out – Depending on where you live, school can end anywhere from the end of May to the second or third week in June. We cannot imagine MTV wanting to premiere it in that point, either, given the show’s young viewership. They will want to wait for everyone to get out of school to have their dedicated audience glued to their television sets instead of their textbooks.

3. Typical summer seasons – If they start the final episodes at the end of June, they’ve got programming going for them until late August / early September. This can help them better promote and launch something that they are promoting in the fall.

The latest that we could see the network premiering the final episodes of Teen Wolf is the end of July, provided that they want the show to go off the air before the fall TV season begins on the major networks.
