‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 7, episode 15 preview: A mysterious tattoo ignites the case
Before you ask, we didn’t get the title of this article wrong — we’re not talking about an episode of “Blindspot.”
On Friday night’s new episode of “Hawaii Five-0,” which is the first one for the month of February, we are going to have an opportunity to see one of the more unusual cases that we’ve seen. After all, it could be one where it is revealed that a Nazi war criminal has been keeping a secret lair on an old leper colony.
The first sneak peek below is where you can start to see things go a little bit awry in this murder case, as McGarrett and Chin realize that a dead woman at the center of their case has a mysterious tattoo on her arm, one that looks somewhat similar to the ones that many victims of the Holocaust received while at concentration camps. The twist here is that this woman was on in her thirties, and is clearly far too young to have ever gone through something like this.
The second sneak peek, meanwhile, seems to bring some of the characters to the leper colony, where they meet a man in Bill whose leprosy is pretty apparent the moment you look at his hands. He’s hopefully going to be an asset in figuring out what is actually going on with this case, and what the conditions were like for the victim, who was apparently staying at a nearby bungalow.
There are some episodes for this show where we can go into them with some sort of tangible idea as to what is going on with the individual characters, while at the same time there are some others that are more focused on the case. For tonight’s episode, the previews are more about the latter — though we expect that there will be some character updates we get a chance to see over the course of the hour. This is something that we’ll describe further when we post our full review for everything that transpires a little bit later in the evening.
