‘Lethal Weapon’ episode 13 preview: Riggs faces a tough anniversary

While “Lethal Weapon” is a show that does tend to give you a lot of funny moments and action sequences, at the same time it doesn’t allow it to be completely lost just how Riggs got to this point. The foundation of his story is him coping with the death of Miranda, and that is something that is going to become a vocal point to the story once more on the next new episode entitled “The Seal is Broken.”

Is Murtaugh going to be there for him during this tough time? We have to assume so, given that this is what a good partner is there for! However, at the same time it should be noted just how many other things the two are going to be facing — especially when it comes to a string of terrible crimes with one key connection.

Synopsis – “Riggs and Murtaugh investigate a series of violent crimes with one thing in common – the victims are all members of the same church. While investigating the case, Riggs faces a moral dilemma of his own when the one-year anniversary of Miranda’s death sends him to a new low. Also, Trish and Roger disagree with RJ about his future.”

So what happens when you combine one of the most challenging cases of the season with one of the most emotional times of Riggs’ life? We imagine that the combination of the two things are going to define this episode in some ways, but there could also be some scenes and details throughout that add further color and shape to the story.

Promo – This focuses a little bit more on the church killings, and some of the emotion that is going to be associated with that. As a whole, you probably should expect this being a tear-jerking hour of TV at some moments.
