‘Celebrity Big Brother 19’: Was Jedward, James Cosmo, or James Jordan evicted?
Tuesday night’s new episode of “Celebrity Big Brother” was to feature a big eviction, and as the show aired, it started to become very clear as to why there were few spoilers out there in advance. This show featured an eviction during it, and the only thing that was done in advance were the nominations.
Basically, what we saw here were some of the biggest cop-outs in the history of the show. James Cosmo received a ton of nominations, supposedly because he was so nice that people didn’t want him to have to endure being around them anymore. Hilarious. We don’t know why people didn’t just say that he’s a huge threat to win. That at least makes them honest, and that may be what get Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt some more votes on their way to winning. (We do genuinely think that they’ve got a great shot at it this time, given that they’re popular in the house while still thinking in terms of who they can beat.)
James C. was up against James Jordan and Jedward, and we know in the house who they wanted to see going home — Jedward. They were irritating just about everyone in the house, and also were extremely defensive about just about everything. On the flip side, James J. had some blowups here and there. In terms of bringing the drama, James C. was pretty flat in that regard, but we know that so long as the public is voting, it’s pretty hard to see a scenario where he goes home just because he is that popular. The people that are there who are actually playing the game at this point may need to look for another situation in which they have some control over the game and can do something about him being such a threat.
In the end, the person who went home was … James Jordan. He had a decent run, but we’re not going to be off crying anywhere at the thought of him not being a part of the rest of the season. His biggest weakness was merely that he didn’t do enough to differentiate from the other men in the house. To us, him, Calum Best, and Jamie are varying degrees on the same person — it’s much like Bianca and Nicola, two people who we rarely even think about unless they are actually on the screen.
