‘Celebrity Big Brother’ spoilers: Edward Grimes of Jedward makes hospital trip after fall

Right when “Celebrity Big Brother” was starting to mix things up by bringing in Jedward into the house, something went terribly awry to cause one of them to head right back out … albeit rather briefly.

During Saturday’s episode of the show, we same Edward Grimes for the former “X Factor” group take a hard fall during a quick performance celebrating his entrance into the game; in the video below, you can see him saying in the Diary Room that the last thing that he ultimately wants to do is go to the hospital to get this taken care of, but at the same time he had to — with that, we had Jedward separated.

What this did actually create was an interesting, but brief, moment in which John had a chance to bond with Heidi Montag over just how unusual it is to be away from his other half. She spends almost all of her time with her husband Spencer Pratt, so she could relate a lot to what he was going through.

This was not the only thing that Jedward did on the crazy side during this episode, either; at one point during the segment outside the house, we also saw the twosome get into it with a heckler. Are we shocked by this? Not in the slightest, mostly because this is ultimately the sort of nonsense that you cast these two in order to be a part of. Otherwise, there’s no real point in putting them on the air. They’re meant to start fights, be controversial, and probably annoy many people. Yet, at the same time, we know that they’ve got fans.
