‘Scorpion’ season 3, episode 13 preview: Return date for Katharine McPhee – Elyes Gabel series
Tonight, “Scorpion” aired an episode entitled “Ice Ca-Cabes” that was significantly more dramatic than its title would have indicated in advance. After all, this was an opportunity for us to see a lot of drama play out in terms of Robert Patrick’s character — he was in danger for most of it, and the team had to take some fairly drastic measures in order to ensure his safety.
This is typically the spot in which we would tell you a thing or two more regarding what is coming up next, but unfortunately, there is not all that much at the moment to tell. There is no new episode of the show airing next week, and CBS has yet to release the information for the upcoming January 16 installment. What we do know is the title “Faux Money Maux Problems.”
If we were to speculate a little on what could be in this episode, it more than likely begins with something pertaining to counterfeiting. There was a part of us that thinks that the spelling of “Maux” may be some sort of Creole reference and we’re heading to New Orleans, but there is likely not a whole lot of truth to that. Instead, we’re thinking a little bit more that the writers were just being clever there.
As for the wishlist we’ve got for the episode, it really just starts and ends with one simple thing: NOT KILLING ANYONE. So long as the show avoids that, we’ll be happy (probably more so than the character Happy) … and we’re also talking about only temporarily killing someone to bring them back to life later. We’ll be cool if we don’t end up seeing either one of these stories again for a while.
