‘Chicago Justice’ trailer: Check out the spin-off in action

“Chicago Justice” is going to be premiering on NBC come Sunday, March 5, and we also now have something for you that is still very much exciting: Your first extended look at the new series below!

While you’ve seen these characters in some shape or form before across the One Chicago universe, through this show you’ll get a chance to wee truly what they are all about. Philip Winchester is front and center in the trailer as Peter Stone, and he is joined by Carl Weathers, Joelle Carter, Monica Barbaro, and Jon Seda, who is coming over to this show as Antonio Dawson after some time spent on “Chicago PD.”

You get a sense in here of what the show will be about in terms of heroism, of strength, and in many ways of struggle. While there are no guarantees that the prosecutors and investigators at the heart of the series are going to get it right every second of the day (it’s hard to imagine that they will), they’ll surely do their best. We do love a good legal drama, and this has all the makings of one given the people involved and the connections that are there to the rest of the franchise.

We should also mention that we saw the set for the show earlier this fall, and it is very much impressive. You really do feel like you’re in an actual courtroom environment when you see the one built for the show, and you can tell how the actors are able to easily get into character and deliver some of the powerful speeches that they have.
