‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 10, episode 12: Possible return date for Kaley Cuoco – Jim Parsons series

Big Bang Theory -Tonight marks the final episode of “The Big Bang Theory” season 10, and all indications point towards it being a potentially big one. This is a chance to celebrate two very big moments within the span of a single half-hour: Amy’s latest birthday (which always has the potential to be something more for both herself and Sheldon), and then also Howard and Bernadette getting to welcome their first child into the world. Based on the previews that have aired, it looks like Howard and Bernadette’s good news could come at the expense of anything Amy has planned — we’ll see if that holds true for the actual episode.

As for when the show is going to return to the air beyond this episode, here’s what we can tell you. According to a report from the Futon Critic, the show is going to be returning come Thursday, January 5 with the next installment — but there’s not much in the way of news out there about it just yet.

Ultimately, you really shouldn’t be all that surprised about the lack of details. More so than the majority of other networks shows out there, “The Big Bang Theory” often waits until a week or so before a new episode airs before sharing details. Maybe they’ll do so a tad earlier this time because of the Christmas holiday, but if the past tells us anything, it tells us that we aren’t getting much info until the new year. The only thing that does feel safe to assume is that we’re going to get a chance to see more of the aftermath of Howard and Bernadette becoming parents when the show does return. They will be loving, but odds are they’re not going to be experts at anything else. This is where much of the comedy is going to lie.

As for what we want to see, how about Stuart getting a love interest? We figure if we call for that enough, sooner or later it’s going to happen.
