‘Scream Queens’ season 2, episode 8 preview: The Green Meanie origin story; Jamie Lee Curtis directs

Tonight, “Scream Queens” is going to give you an opportunity to see what’s coming next after the Cassidy Cascade – Green Meanie reveal, and we absolutely expect it to be an hour stuffed to the brim with crazy.

Just based on the title for the next installment of the show alone in “Rapunzel, Rapunzel” (let down your hair!), we have to imagine that something similar is going to end up coming our way. This is an installment that you bring you bizarre happenings aplenty as we start to see what’s coming next for the Meanie, and how some characters in particular are going to do what they can in order to find out some further information about his past.

In speaking of pasts, Dean Munsch is going to experience her own coming back at her with what should hopefully be an interesting story in its own right. Given that Jamie Lee Curtis is directing this installment, we certainly presume that she is going to find herself extremely busy here from start to finish.

Synopsis – “A man from Dean Munsch’s past checks in to the C.U.R.E. institute with plans to win her back, causing a jealous Brock to further question his relationship with Chanel. Meanwhile, Zayday and Chamberlain devise a plan to discover the origins of The Green Meanie killer with shocking results.”

As we are starting to get near the end of the season (and possibly the series, given recent ratings), let’s hope that these “shocking results” bring us in a place that is closer to full-on closure. We don’t expect to learn everything about our characters over the course of this episode, but we do want to start moving towards the part of the story where we watch everyone take a bow.
