‘Madam Secretary’ season 3, episode 9 preview: What’s next for Tea Leoni, cast after election vote

Madam Secretary -Tonight, “Madam Secretary” aired its latest new episode, and it’s one that made it clear that the election is not exactly over yet after the results officially came in. The responsibility is now shifting over to the House of representatives, and this is going to be very contentious since you have to find as many different ways as possible to try to win people over.

With this, we present you with “Snap Back,” an episode that certainly looks like it’s going to be exciting; however, it’s also going to be one that won’t be airing for a good while. Think along the lines of Sunday, December 11. For whatever reason, the network wants you to wait for a little while in order to see this, and what’s also weird is that there is not a new episode of “NCIS: Los Angeles” airing before it.

Synopsis – “As the U.N. Security Council considers reinstating sanctions against Iran for its suspected nuclear activities, Elizabeth tries to stop Israel from taking matters into its own hands when it threatens military action against the Iranians. Also, Russell pressures Henry to woo his old Air Force buddy, Congressman Jeff Pearson (Michael Cerveris), to support President Dalton in the House’s election vote, and Stevie asks Russell for a recommendation to Harvard Law School.”

Let’s just hope now that the show is going to present some of what Henry is up to in the recruitment efforts in a realistic / satisfying way. It’s such an interesting experiment for the show to take on here given that we’re talking about something here that most viewers aren’t all that familiar with, and largely because it’s been a very-long time since we’ve been in a situation where this really mattered in the slightest to control a vote. If we did have a three-party system where there were a larger array of people voting, maybe it’d be different.
