‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 10, episode 10 video: Sheldon, Leonard’s latest feud
We’ve absolutely seen a wide array of feuds on “The Big Bang Theory” over the course of the series’ run, but we’re pretty sure that we have not seen one quite on the level of what we’re getting for Thursday night’s new episode. When you are at the point where you have characters starting to think more along the lines of revenge (see the promo below), you know that you’re doing with some pretty serious business.
One fundamental difference between this and some other feuds from the past is that Sheldon and Leonard are no longer roommates, and with that in mind, maybe there’s a little more pent-up rage that they can express since they don’t still have to coexist at the end of the day. Also, they can at the very least try to recruit help from their girlfriends. Whether or not said girlfriends have even the slightest bit of interest in taking part in the nonsense is an entirely different story. Penny seems like she’s already doing enough, given the joke that she utters in the promo.
We’re going to have to wait and judge this promo based mostly on where the show ends up taking this by the closing credits, given that at the moment, there’s really not all that much that we can go on here, beyond of course the living situation, that makes this story different than so many that came before it. After all, Sheldon and Leonard fighting is just naturally ingrained in the DNA of this show; given the way that Sheldon behaves from time to time, it’s hard to imagine a lot of situations for him that do not involve fighting in some shape or form.
Hopefully, in the coming days CBS will also release the synopsis for this episode, and we’ll see if some other information comes along with that.
