‘Big Brother OTT’ spoilers: Farewell Shelby; Morgan’s sister reveal; the new ‘HoH’
Now that we’ve aired out most of our grievances with “Big Brother OTT” and the internet community that surrounds it (you can read a little bit more about that over at the link here), we’re now ready to get into more of the game — however much of said game there is left.
Let’s start with the first order of business from earlier tonight, and that was officially saying goodbye in the game to Shelby. As a player, she did a pretty good job in forging some tight bonds with people and winning a lot of competitions near the end. Her weakness was that she could bridge the gap between the factions in the house. She’s probably the one newbie this season really deserving entertainment-wise of coming back as both a player and a character.
As for her deciding to tell everyone she’s a law student heading out the door? That was more of her own ego talking, since she didn’t need to do that but wanted to pat herself on the back. Hey, she passed the bar — she’s earned that.
Morgan’s reveal – She went ahead and told everyone left that Alex is her sister, mostly because she doesn’t have anything to lose at this point. The most joy we got out of this was Kryssie realizing that she was wrong for thinking that she made it up back when first told her as a way to build trust.
The final Head of Household Competition – This is a little out of the norm. This season, there is one competition to determine HoH, and they pick someone to go with them to the final three. The other two face off in one final competition. Jason won the (super-short; why no endurance?) competition, which means that by our money, he’s probably got this in the bag. Even though we don’t think that he was a particularly nice person through most of the season, we cannot deny that strategically he played a pretty great game and he won competitions several times when he had to. The only alternative seems to be Morgan given that she could at least rally a lot of other followings behind her.
We’ll see if anything else happens tonight, but we doubt it. Jason did tell everyone that he was voted in to the game over Jozea, but we don’t consider that much of a surprise to be worth spending much time on. (Photo: CBS.)
