Is ‘NCIS: New Orleans’ season 3, episode 6 new tonight? An episode swap

New Orleans -

As you probably are aware, tonight is a very big night for television. However, it’s not so much when it comes to scripted television. Because of the Presidential election, there are no new episodes of the majority of your favorite shows airing on Tuesday night. This includes “NCIS: New Orleans,” which is doing a little bit more than just going off the air for the week. They’ve also changing things up when it comes to their schedule.

Originally, when the show was going to return to the air next week, it was going to be with an episode entitled “Outlaws,” one that specifically was set to feature the death of a sailor during a “rowdy motorcycle rally,” per CBS. This episode was also set to feature a performance by the band Blackberry Smoke. This is an episode that will still air, but it’s being pushed back a week for whatever reason until we get to Tuesday, November 22. Why is that? Well, it’s because the episode entitled “One Good Man” was originally supposed to air on November 1. Since that didn’t happen (blame the World Series), you are going to be waiting to see this episode for a little while longer.

Now, “One Good Man” is airing on November 15 a.k.a. next week; we’ve spoken about this episode before, but if you missed it, here are some details about what you can expect — including some news on a guest star who’ll be turning up:

“The NCIS team reviews unorthodox training exercises after a Navy Seal candidate is found murdered weeks before his graduation. Also, a concerned Wade turns to Pride after her adopted son, Danny (Christopher Meyer), announces his plan to enter the Navy, on NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, Tuesday, Nov. 15 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Steven Weber returns as Mayor Douglas Hamilton.”
