Is ‘Lethal Weapon’ episode 6 new tonight on Fox? Further episode scoop!

Lethal Weapon -

We come today, once again, being the bearer of bad news if you consider yourself a fan of Fox’s “Lethal Weapon“: There is no new episode coming on the air. Originally, there was going to be one, but due to the World Series going to a game 7, we’re taking yet another week back and the entire schedule’s getting pushed. Tonight’s episode will now be coming to you on November 9.

How bad is this for a show like “Lethal Weapon”? It’s hard to quantify it in an article, but it’s far from great. This is a new show, one reliant on getting viewership from people who are still trying to get attached to the journey. Not having a new episode on the air for two straight weeks could cause some people who are watching casually to lose interest. Hopefully, they’ll come back, but we know very well at this point that there are no guarantees for such things. Luckily, this is a show that already has a full-season order, since that will offer up a little stability. Fox can make their formal decision on the future come May.

We don’t want to send you off now into a relatively-vacant night of TV now without further scoop! We already gave you some info on “Ties That Bind,” the new episode that was supposed to air tonight. With that, let’s take a look

“Fashion Police” (November 16) – “As Riggs and Murtaugh examine the murder of one of L.A.’s fashion expeditors, they follow a trail of evidence that leads them to an ongoing and exceptionally dangerous underground investigation led by the Drug Enforcement Administration. In the meantime, Trish and the kids are off visiting colleges, leaving Murtaugh to a “bender” of his own, while Riggs has trouble sleeping through the night due to his all-too-real dreams of Miranda.”

“Can I Get a Witness?” (unknown) – “When a million dollar casino heist takes a deadly turn, Riggs befriends the only credible witness, an eight-year-old boy, and takes him into his care. On the flip side, Murtaugh pulls some dangerous stunts in an attempt to prove to everyone that he can be a motorcycle guy. Meanwhile, Riggs contemplates what to do with the money he received from selling his home in Texas.”

The reason we put “unknown” for the second episode is because this one was originally scheduled for November 16, and it’s unclear whether Fox will want to air a new episode the day before Thanksgiving on November 23, or delay this one until the 30th. (Photo: Fox.)
