‘Designated Survivor’ episode 6 preview: When will Kiefer Sutherland, cast return?
Tonight, “Designated Survivor” is airing another episode that threw President Kirkman’s life and time in office into jeopardy. Given that this is not a show that tends to offer up its characters much in the way of peace, we cannot say that we’re all too shocked to learn that the next new episode will feature some further challenges; not only that, but another important character will uncover some important information that could change the course of the country further in the wake of the bombing from the pilot.
Unfortunately, you’re going to be waiting until after the Presidential election to find out what happens next. The next episode is entitled “The Interrogation,” and it will be coming in your direction on Wednesday, November 9.
Synopsis – “When shots ring out at The White House during a Governors Summit, President Kirkman’s plans at electing a new Congress are thrown into turmoil, while Agent Hannah Wells continues investigating the Capitol bombing and makes one of her most shocking discoveries yet.”
Promo – It’s really funny how for the most part, this promo is hopeful and gives you a sense that good things are going to be coming. Of course, it’s not too long after that when the show completely punks you and reminds you that this is a world where these sorts of things just don’t tend to happen. Right in the middle of a warm and optimistic speech to the people, Kirkman finds himself in significant danger as gunfire rains around him in all directions. We imagine that he’ll get through this alive (you can’t have this show without Kiefer Sutherland involved), but this certainly inhibits his ability to “unite the country.”
