‘The Blacklist’ season 4 spoilers: Get ready for another epic two-parter

The Blacklist logo any seasonFor much of the fourth season to date, “The Blacklist” has focused on a wide array of different storylines, but one has proven itself to be the most challenging: Alexander Kirk. At the end of last season, he proclaimed that he was the father of Liz Keen, and much of the season to date has revolved around whether or not a guy like him can really be believed.

Unfortunately, we cannot quite tell you right now Kirk should be believed or not; however, what we can tell you is that the show will be doing a two-hour episode that could bring everything with him to a head. We’ve certainly seen before the show do these two-parters named after a singular character, and they’re doing so once again here. “Dr. Adrian Shaw” is the title of part 1 (the second part is simply titled “Dr. Adrian Shaw: Conclusion”), and we’ve got a few particular details about what is going to be coming up:

1. Kirk’s condition is going to worsen, which puts Liz in a position where she will have to make a big decision in a relatively short period of time.

2. In order to figure out specifically what it is that she wants to do, Liz will turn to a man in Cooper who she has looked at as more of a father figure than she ever has Kirk since he first turned up.

3. By the end of the second part, be prepared to see Mr. Kaplan make an incredibly important decision that could dictate her future with the series. We’ve seen her begin a slow recovery from the shooting, but there are still questions aplenty regarding her recovery in the long-term.
