With Tuesday night’s “Ink Master” right around the corner, we thought we’d offer up a quick look at what you can expect to see during an all-important Flash Challenge!
What makes this final one interesting is that this is the last time that we will see one where Team Peck and Team Nunez are separated. In comparing this to “Survivor,” it’s almost like we are moving up to the merge, and following that we will see everyone going at each other. The issue that is present there is that there could already be alliances that try to run the table, and the guys are going to have their hands full trying to take some of the women on if their alliance holds up.
Just in the Flash Challenge alone, Sketchy is trying to make his own rules and pair up different competitors from Team Peck that were not previously agreed upon — which should give you a sense as to precisely how competitive this is. (Check out the video for it over here.) Eventually, it seems like the producers come in and nix the idea, since it’s not particularly fair for one person to change course on a plan just because they’re the person announcing Flash Challenge pairings.
In the end, the big thing to take note of here is mostly that this is looking like it could be the most competitive home stretch that we’ve see on the series yet. We have several artists with very strong opinions about each other, and we tend to find that when that is the case, it definitely makes for a fun and crazy batch of episodes to follow.
