Mariah Carey on ‘Empire’, ‘2 Broke Girls’ gets scary, ‘Ice Road Truckers,’ and TV Doctors of America

My TV remote is getting a heavy workout this week, but it’s only Thursday. Probably one of the best nights of the week for TV, once again new episodes of popular shows are airing for the fans. Don’t you get that excited feeling thinking of all the new episodes? Perhaps that’s why when I hear people say they miss summer, I roll my eyes.

Mariah Carey makes guest appearance on “Empire”

Mariah Carey made fans smile on Wednesday night with her guest performance on “Empire.” The viewers of the show loved it too. Always a perfectionist, the star’s performance seemed flawless and fans on social media seemed to agree. The best part of the evening was her actual singing. Did you miss it? Have no fear, “Infamous,” Mariah Carey’s “Empire” song with Jussie Smollett, was released for the world to hear.

What do “The Blacklist” stars eat on location?

“The Blacklist” crew is working in New York and Photos have surfaced online offering a glimpse of several locations. OK, I admit that is cool. What is even cooler is this shot of the crew’s catering on location. Look at all the options. It’s like a rolling cafeteria. It appears Raymond “Red” Reddington gets fed really well and that’s probably just another why he keeps handing evil people over to the FBI.

“2 Broke Girls” Halloween horror

Beth Behr recently shared a picture with her fans of what “2 Broke Girls” would look like with a dose of Halloween horror. Laughing at herself and her costar, Kat Dennings, the star posted a photo of their two characters in a mini-me style. With blood on their uniforms and strange looking heads, the picture is adorable in a very creepy, Halloween sort of way. The new season the CBS show “2 Broke Girls” premieres Monday, Oct. 10.

Icy TV fun: “Ice Road Truckers” season finale

The “Ice Road Truckers” season finale premieres tonight on the History channel. Big trucks take on icy situations that could make your blood run cold. Scary and intriguing, it’s a great way to put your life into perspective. Is it 20 below outside the window? When was the last time you saw ice outside of a glass? Would you panic if you were hundreds of miles away from civilization? Well, these drivers are fearless and viewers get to be their passengers one final time for the season.

And a final thought…. TV Doctors of America Commercial

Have you seen the TV Doctors of America commercial? It includes some big stars who once were doctors on TV. There is Alan Alda, Patrick Dempsey, Lisa Edelstein, Donald Faison and Noah Wyle talking about health issues. If you’ve love TV doctors, then you need to watch this! The doctor poses at the end of the ad is quite funny.
