‘Big Brother: Over the Top’ cast spotlight: Meet ‘OTT’ houseguest Alex Willett

Alex -We admit that there’s something rather frustrating about “Big Brother” with this “Over the Top” season, especially since we don’t know how the game is being played week-to-week. If Alex Willett was a part of a normal season, and was not there with her sister, odds are that we’d have her winning the whole thing. She’s got a lot of great qualities for this game!

Unfortunately, there are some slip-ups that could hurt her more in an online version, one with a ton of twists and where the public could play a big factor.

Bio – She’s 25 years old from Granbury, Texas (like her sister Morgan), which is located southwest of the Dallas / Fort Worth area. She works there as an animation designer, and she went to school at Texas A&M. Interestingly, there have been a lot of former Aggies on the show lately, including Corey from this past season. (Is a Corey comparison really a good one?)

Strengths – She’s a hardcore fan of the show, and she’s coming into this game with a strategy as to how to win the season. It involves getting rid of some of the crazy people right away, while then also having a core alliance and then a smaller group within that. This is very much a winning gameplan for a normal season. She actually reminds us somewhat of a younger Vanessa mixed with someone like a Willow from “Big Brother Canada.” She’s a little more athletic than the two of them, though, as she lists weightlifting as something she particular enjoys.

Weaknesses – She’s playing with her sister. We still don’t know whether or not she will be playing with her as someone in the game or separately, and that could change her game dramatically. The two look so much alike that it will be hard for her to mask that, and they’ll be targets because of it.

Prediction – Unfortunately, we think that Alex is way more threatening than her sister. She’ll come across as more intense and more of a gamer, and if the Willetts are playing individually, she should be the first to go. The one thing she has going for her, though, is that she could win competitions to save herself.
