‘Talking Dead’ spoilers: ‘Teen Wolf’ star Dylan Sprayberry joins Mercedes Mason, Chris Hardwick

While we’re not going to be seeing a literal crossover anytime soon between “Teen Wolf” and “Fear the Walking Dead,” we’re going to have what may very well be the next-best-thing taking place on Sunday night’s new “Talking Dead” episode.

Tonight, the main celebrity guest joining host Chris Hardwick is Dylan Sprayberry, who has been very busy filming the sixth and final season of his show alongside Tyler Posey and others for MTV. Hopefully, he’ll have some fun stories to share about what it is like working in this particular genre of television — in between “Teen Wolf” and “Fear the Walking Dead,” there’s certainly a lot here that feels like Halloween and it’s a fun way to amp up the holiday, especially if you are already overloaded with pumpkin spiced everything.

As for some other guests, we’re also going to be getting a visit from none other than Mercedes Mason, which makes a lot of sense given that Ofelia seems to be playing a rather-substantial role in the upcoming episode. We haven’t seen her in a while, so we should be getting a fuller scope as to precisely what she is up to.

For those of you looking for more behind-the-scenes info, executive producer Dave Alpert is also going to be turning up to talk about the production of the show so far this season. There’s certainly going to be a lot of discussion to be had as we approach the finale; we just hope that the show has some sort of ratings impact given the fact that it is airing during the Primetime Emmy Awards. That’s a heck of a lot of competition.
