‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 10 premiere video: See Kaley Cuoco, Katey Sagal back together again

The premiere for “The Big Bang Theory” is going to be coming your way on CBS in just a matter of a few days, and to help prepare you for that we’ve got a sneak peek that highlights two of the most noteworthy guest stars!

In this case, we are speaking of course of Katey Sagal (“Sons of Anarchy”) and Jack McBrayer (“30 Rock”), who are going to be appearing on the show coming up in the roles of Penny’s mother and brother. They are people who have been talked about at various points in the show’s run, but we’re finally getting a chance to see them and just how dysfunctional they are. It’s a deeper look into Penny’s life, something we haven’t gotten nearly enough of over the years.

This sneak preview below via Entertainment Tonight is, for the most part, a funny exposition and necessary for setting up a few things. First and foremost, Penny inherited her love of drinking mostly from her dad Wyatt (returning guest star Keith Carradine), and you also get a reminder that her brother has served time as a result of his drug-dealing habit. We do hope that we get to see more of these people at some point down the road, mostly because we have a really hard time imagining that there is going to be enough time to showcase them in an episode that also features Christine Baranski, Laurie Metcalf, and others.

For those who don’t remember, the premiere is also a reunion for Sagal and Kaley Cuoco, as the two worked together previously on “8 Simple Rules” alongside the late John Ritter.
